We only collect what you give us yourself. When you use the enquiry form on this website, it opens WhatsApp with your name, phone number and message already written — nothing is stored on this website or sent to any server of ours until you press send in WhatsApp. When you call or message us directly, we keep your name, phone number and your requirement so that we can follow up on it.
Your details are used to answer your enquiry, share matching properties, arrange site visits and complete a transaction if you decide to proceed. If you have asked us to look for something specific, we may contact you again when a property fits your requirement.
We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with other agents, developers or marketing companies. Your information is shared with a third party only where a transaction requires it — for example, submitting transfer documents to a housing society on your instruction.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking profiles. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the contact page, an embedded Google Map; both are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy terms. If we add website analytics in future, we will note it here.
Conversations on WhatsApp are held on your device and ours, under WhatsApp's own terms and encryption. Photographs, videos and scanned documents we send you over WhatsApp are shared for your assessment of that property and should not be republished without our consent.
